Field Trips
Provide your classroom an interactive museum experience that aligns with Kentucky Academic Standards. We offer an immersive learning through play experience. Use our galleries and exhibits to bolster your teaching in the classroom and participate in an exciting enrichment program to enhance the experience!
STEAMer Trunks
Educators from preschool to 5th grade can now access STEAMer Trunks for their classrooms. These trunks offer hands-on activities designed to reinforce classroom concepts, providing a turn-key solution for teachers. Each trunk includes all the necessary equipment and disposable materials for multiple activities per week, aligned with Kentucky Academic Standards. Sponsored by American Water Charitable Foundation.
Mobile Play &
Learning Lab
Invite the Lexington Children’s Museum to YOUR classroom! Our fun and educational traveling programs are based around Kentucky Academic Standards and incorporate cross-curriculum connections through multiple disciplines.
